Indiana County Coffee Crawl, Part 1: Sit 'N Stay Cafe

We're doing it — the Indiana County Coffee Crawl. Mom and I are hopping our way through the area's best coffee stops, using the Indiana Gazette's Coffee Crawl as our map (contest runs through October 6 — two winners take home $275 in gift cards each).

Stop One: Sit 'N Stay Cafe

Stop one was Sit 'N Stay Cafe on Philadelphia Street in downtown Indiana. It's the friendliest kind of coffee shop: a full espresso bar, daily baked treats, specialty bagels, and a real breakfast and lunch menu. They host events and parties, so it's a neighborhood hangout as much as a coffee shop. And the mission makes it easy to love: every cup helps save a pup. Pet-friendly, cozy, dine in or take out.

Two More Stops on the Crawl

We've already hit two more stops on the crawl. Riziki Cafe sits right inside the Jimmy Stewart Airport, serving handcrafted coffee, fresh baked goods, and a full breakfast and lunch menu, open Monday through Saturday 8am-2pm.

Market Street Pastries anchors historic downtown Blairsville, a family-owned bakery-cafe celebrating 15 years with house-made sweet and savory pastries, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and soups, artisan gelato, and locally roasted Commonplace Coffee.

More stops coming — follow along as we sip our way across the county.
